Mackerel tartare
Ingredients
- 6 Mackerel fillet without bones
- 60 g Dry and fluffy apricot
- 4 Small white onion
- 3 Lime
- Olive oil
- Cell
- Ground pepper
Instructions
- Remove the first peel of the small onions and slice them. Squeeze the juice of the limes.
- Cut the mackerel fillets and the dried apricots into tiny cubes.
- Combine all the diced mackerel, apricots and baby onions in a salad bowl, salt and give a pepper mill turn. Sprinkle with lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil and mix gently.
- Keep fresh until ready to serve.
