Mackerel tartare

Ingredients
  • 6 Mackerel fillet without bones
  • 60 g Dry and fluffy apricot
  • 4 Small white onion
  • 3 Lime
  • Olive oil
  • Cell
  • Ground pepper

Instructions
  1. Remove the first peel of the small onions and slice them. Squeeze the juice of the limes.
  2. Cut the mackerel fillets and the dried apricots into tiny cubes.
  3. Combine all the diced mackerel, apricots and baby onions in a salad bowl, salt and give a pepper mill turn. Sprinkle with lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil and mix gently.
  4. Keep fresh until ready to serve.
